Norway is Europe's largest gas supplier, one of its closest economic partners, and yet sits outside the EU at a time when European unity has never mattered more. Volt Norge exists to change that conversation — bringing a modern, evidence-based, pan-European voice into Norwegian politics.

We were officially registered as a NGO only recently in 2025, which means this isn't a role where you slot into an existing system. You'd be helping to build one. As one of our first HR volunteers, you'll have genuine ownership over how Volt Norge finds, recruits, and grows its team — shaping the processes and culture from scratch, alongside a small group of motivated people who believe Norway belongs at the heart of Europe's future

This is a volunteer position with the opportunity to develop essential skills while helping shape the future of politics in Norway.

About Volt Norge & Volt Europa:

Volt Norge is the Norwegian chapter of Volt Europa — Europe's first truly pan-European political party, founded in 2017 as a direct response to Brexit and rising nationalism. Unlike traditional European political alliances, Volt operates under one name, one vision, and one policy framework across the continent.

With over 42,000 members and seats in national and European parliaments across three countries, Volt is one of the fastest-growing political movements in Europe. Join us now on https://volt.team/join. Let’s make a difference together.
